We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow and manage a territory of dealership partners. This is a field-based sales role where you’ll own your pipeline, close new business, and strengthen existing accounts.
Must reside in: South Dallas Area

- Build and manage a strong territory sales pipeline
- Prospect, sign, and onboard new dealership partners
- Grow and retain relationships with existing accounts
- Train dealership teams on NVP products and sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner success
- Track performance metrics, CRM activity, and market trends
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in your region
- B2B sales experience (automotive industry a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Base Salary + Uncapped commission structure – your income reflects your performance
- Proven earning potential
- Average Earnings: $100,000-$200,000 annually
- Top performers: $250,000–$500,000 annually
