Job Description
Sika Corporation is looking to hire a Territory Sales Representative to join its growing insulation team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The TSR will develop and execute sales plans to exceed sales goals and objectives within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with architects, distributors, and general contractors; calling on end-users, builders, architects, specifiers, owners, and installers; creating pull-through demand;
coordinating the entire sales cycle from specification through final sale; managing distribution chain; and identifying new market opportunities and top builders for commercial use.
- Associate’s Degree (BA/BS preferred) or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of five years of sales or related experience in the building materials industry.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiating, organization, and listening skills.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm with a customer‑driven entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
- Computer proficient with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
