We are seeking an Account Executive to develop and manage relationships within assigned facilities. The role involves cross‑selling services, coordinating with the Regional Sales Director and CSEs, resolving billing and operational issues, and supporting QA attendance.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with facility influencers (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Medical Director)
- Cross‑sell Trident Care Services to assigned facilities
- Coordinate territory coverage with the Regional Sales Director and CSE
- Resolve billing issues on‑site, provide on‑site training, and address operational and clinical concerns
- Coordinate Trident Care responses between SST and customers
- Coordinate QA meeting attendance and ensure electronic copies of QA reports for critical accounts
- Generate qualified leads for the CSE
- Identify prospects using all available resources and the SUGAR database
- Make significant travel within the assigned territory and conduct daily account visits
- Report customer product experience issues accurately and timely
- Liaison between customers, external and internal Trident Care Operations
- Track personnel changes, maintain accurate prospect and account files in SUGAR and DDF systems
- Gather critical information for RFP responses
- Conduct new facility set‑ups in person
- Review Services for assigned clients as directed by the CSE
- Collect and update competitive information
- Attend industry conferences, regional meetings, and professional events to cultivate relationships
- Submit timely and complete reports weekly and monthly
- Establish a positive public image of the Company in all interactions
- Commit to professional development as appropriate
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge is required
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales, Marketing, or Clinical experience (preferably with one year of Sales experience)
- Experience in long‑term, skilled nursing or medical sales is preferred
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience preferred
- High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- High initiative, creativity, ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Good time‑management skills and prioritization ability
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 2 hours a day; lift or move up to 15 pounds; push or pull over 50 pounds; stand, sit or walk 8 hours a day; operate moving vehicles; and have close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
