Job Overview

Position:
Merchant Brand Representative (Regular Work)

Location:

Dallas Fort Worth, TX (AMRET).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. Pay: $23 per hour + 10% monthly bonus.

• Visit retail locations within assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
• Drive daily (22‑35 visits) and manage administrative follow‑up.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the client’s products and services.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Reliable transportation within the assigned territory, plus valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and integrity.

• No weekends.
