Part Time Membership Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to change lives through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress‑free dance class membership! You will connect with clients during classes to hear about their experience, learn their reasons for coming, and explain how Diva Dance can help them reach their goals. You'll present membership options that fit them best, onboard new members, ensure they maximize their membership, and post to our social media accounts while observing the class experience.

The ideal candidate thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone they meet, is fun, values‑driven, obsessed with excellence, and wants to make a difference in people’s lives. Most importantly, you are persuasive, articulate, and confident. We provide all onboarding details but prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience.

We ask that you host 2 to 3 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. Diva Dance brings our classes into existing facilities, so we do not have our own physical location. You will work at our studio in Southwest Dallas and must have reliable transportation to get there for classes. Compensation is $20 per class plus free dance classes.

It is ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.
