Direct Sales Representative – Universal

Take control of your income in a direct, residential, door‑to‑door sales role based in the Dallas, TX market. Start with a $34,000 base salary and earn uncapped commissions, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Total on‑target earnings of $90,000 (base + commissions) are achievable with strong performance.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $34,000 (Texas)
  • Uncapped commissions with targeted earnings up to $56,000+ annually
  • $5,000 sign‑on bonus

Schedule

Work schedule:

Tuesday‑Saturday with weekend flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
  • Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
  • Engage in technical discussions through demonstrations and presentations
  • Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within territories
  • Prepare sales information for customers
  • Distribute marketing material and participate in special sales events
  • Remain knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on product/service line changes
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Sales or telecommunications experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills
  • Motivated, self‑starter, comfortable working autonomously
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills
  • Sales‑quota driven mindset
  • Ability to work outdoors, on the hunt, in a fast‑paced field environment
