Position: Roofing Sales Trainee Paid Training High Earning Potential

This is a door-to-door, in-the-field sales/project management role where you'll connect with storm-affected homeowners, help them navigate the insurance process, and restore their homes. Your Role in the Field

This is a hands-on,
door-to-door role where you're not just selling—you're solving problems for homeowners.

Knock & Connect

Canvass neighborhoods, go door-to-door, and build relationships with homeowners.

Inspect & Educate

Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process.

Advocate

Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish.

Manage

Oversee projects from the first knock to the final shingle, ensuring 5-star service.

Grow

Build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.
