Employment Type: Hybrid role; in‑office attendance required weekly.
Requirements:
- Must be a Dallas resident and have U.S. work authorization.
- Work with channel partners to understand customer business challenges and solve data problems.
- Equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources to leverage partner program benefits, deepen relationships, and ensure long‑term success.
- Support partners in closing deals and participating in sales negotiations.
- Convert inbound marketing leads into active opportunities through omni‑channel digital engagement and collaboration with territory teams.
- Develop new install base opportunities through informed campaigns and collaboration with territory teams.
- Execute outbound commercial campaigns to drive growth and meet commercial goals.
- Be a trusted advisor to partners and customers, addressing immediate needs and long‑term goals.
- Drive growth in the assigned region and account base, and foster existing accounts.
- 3+ years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent technology or industry.
- Strong passion for IT and ability to tap into technology.
- Desire for professional development.
- Experience guiding the full sales cycle with channel partners is a plus.
- Experience working with SLED is a plus.
- Highly motivated with a “hunter spirit” to prospect, uncover, and develop new opportunities and grow business.
- Demonstrated strong sales achievement, consistent attainment at or above quota, or YoY growth in target market.
- Passionate about sales and building positive relationships.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate the value of a solution to address customers’ current and future needs.
- Excellent active listening skills to identify customers’ pain and help them derive value from timely solutions.
- Phenomenal communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible and resilient problem‑solver with a sense of urgency.
- Team player who enjoys sharing ideas and best practices.
- Positive, upbeat energy.
- Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce, Sales Loft, Zoom Info, Linked In.
- Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance rewards; seeks to exceed annual goals.
- Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
