Vice President of Sales Mission-Driven CPG Startup

Dallas, TX Metro Area - Hybrid

Salary Range: $200,000 to $250,000 per year base + Commission and Equity Potential

Terrific Vice President of Sales (VP) with a CPG startup focused on natural products that support brain health.

This role will operate on a hybrid schedule and must be based in the Dallas, TX metro area.

The VP will be focused on leading and developing a high‑performing sales team while driving growth across national and regional key accounts. The position will oversee relationships with natural product distributors, develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, and drive overall revenue growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide management and leadership to the sales team
  • Manage distributor and account relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for national key accounts and regional accounts
  • Collaborate with sales brokers to manage relationships
  • Create and implement GTM strategies for launching products
  • Plan and execute trade shows and events
  • Ensure sales plan attainment and account planning
Qualifications
  • Approximately 10+ years of relevant natural product sales experience including time in a leadership role managing staff
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience creating and executing sales GTM strategy for national and regional accounts
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a results–oriented environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time for account meetings/visits, conferences and trade shows
  • Understanding of natural products space distributors and managing conventional key accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of managing P&L and accountability for revenue growth
