Summary

A-tech, Inc., a division of Kele Industrial, is seeking a Sales Specialist to provide mid-level support with a focus on technical product knowledge, project coordination, and sales growth. This role acts as the go-to resource for both internal and external technical questions, while also providing customers with quotes and entering orders.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Actively promotes A-tech’s products and services and communicating our value propositions to customers.
  • Provides exceptional customer service.
  • Serves as a primary technical resource to internal and external customers.
  • Assists with project specification and project take-offs.
  • Performs engineering reviews of customer-provided specifications and makes tailored product recommendations based on application requirements.
  • Processes orders and identifies value-add opportunities during interactions.
  • Documents solutions, common issues, and product gaps in shared knowledge databases.
  • Supports overflow from other sales roles during peak periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred: minimum of five years in a technical sales or related industry role
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and detailed specifications
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and company software, and able to learn manufacturer sizing software
