Account Executive – Dynamic Sales Role
As an Account Executive at iHeart
Media, you will learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients, research, consistent daily cold‑calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use your storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations powered by data to best meet your clients’ expectations.
- Learn the Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, consistent daily cold‑calling.
- Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue.
- Create marketing campaigns and deliver sales presentations powered by data.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in planning and multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; expertise in negotiation is a plus.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
- Additional nice‑to‑have: experience managing complex multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, background in audio advertising, and a strong local market network.
- Uncapped commission and ability to grow business across all categories.
- 7‑week onboarding program.

Work with manager to align on work, communication styles, priorities, etc. - Week 3:
Begin owning role and day‑to‑day responsibilities with manager support. - Week 4: 30‑day check‑in to determine needs for success.
