Sales Account Representative - Electrical Coil, Rotor & DC Services

Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Representative with a background in industrial motor repair, stator/rotor rewinds, and technical sales to manage and grow customer accounts across the Southwest and West Coast.
This role combines technical expertise and consultative sales to support customers, develop new business, and promote electrical coil, rotor, and repair services. The position works closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quoting, technical alignment, and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Promote and sell electrical coil, rotor, and DC repair services
- Review technical documentation including rewind sheets and rotor data
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Utilize ERP/CRM systems for quoting, orders, and account management
- Travel to customer sites as needed (
50-75% travel
)
- 7+ years experience in technical sales and/or motor rewind/repair work
- Experience with AC/DC stator and rotor rewinds, armatures, and field coils
- Strong understanding of industrial motor repair standards (EASA preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and rewind documentation
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer relationship skills
