Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently
Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on open opportunities
Track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM systems
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and competitive attitude
Ability to explain technical services in a clear, simple way
Organized with strong follow‑up and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
Experience in home services sales (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar)

Familiarity with service estimates, inspections, or home improvement solutions
