Salary Range: $24,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
RoleThe Sales Associate is responsible for building long-term relationships with guests, providing exceptional guest services, and meeting sales goals and objectives. You will craft initial sales offers, adeptly handle counter offers from the guest, and reach mutually beneficial agreements when closing the sale. Aspects of your role will include identifying buying signals, seeking the guest’s verbal commitment, and asking for the sale.
You’ll be required to obtain product knowledge expertise, explore options at the guest’s request, and utilize resources to make the optimal sale. Throughout the guest experience you will maintain the integrity of Robbins Brothers sales practices by adhering to company policies and procedures.
The Sales Associate works closely with their managers in all aspects of the retail store function. You’ll be accountable for modeling, advocating, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities- Complete all required apprenticeship and e‑campus assigned training modules within the assigned timeframe.
- Complete all required sales training and education programs provided by the company.
- Attend; greet guests, build rapport, identify buying behavior, seek verbal commitment, and ask for the sale.
- Craft sales request, adeptly handle counter offers to reach mutual agreement, engage managers and team members for sales support at appropriate time, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate the capability to close the sale and follow through to ensure all documentation meets required company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate capability to meet key performance indicators, sales goals, and objectives.
- Track own sale close rate and develop strategies for improvement.
- Utilize company’s data resources, prospecting methodology, and selling system.
- Greet guests and make a positive first impression, use active listening to create engagement, and build rapport.
- Respond promptly to guests questions and requests, and work continuously to exceed their expectations.
- Deliver the Robbins Brothers selling experience and create guest loyalty.
- Build long‑term relationships with guests and follow up after the sale.
- Communicate promptly with guests through all avenues of communication: in‑person, telephone, letters, e‑mails, and text.
- Promptly answer telephone calls according to established company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate guests’ records utilizing Salesforce.
- Utilize social media following company guidelines to support the Robbins Brothers brand and build a sales pipeline.
- Complete the required product training in the required timeframe.
- Take personal initiative to acquire product knowledge and stay up to date on incoming merchandise.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell all product categories.
- Partner with manager and experienced sales associates to learn merchandise display best practices.
- Maintain merchandise display cases throughout the day.
- Demonstrate and maintain Robbins Brothers quality control and security standards when handling merchandise.
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures for store operations.
- Maintain continual awareness of security concerns when operating within the store.
- Adhere to policies and procedures for handling merchandise.
- Comply with policies and procedures for opening and closing the store.

Commissioned Salary with Starting Base
