Role DescriptionThis is a full-time salesperson role based in Dallas, TX. The Salesperson will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and present suitable products to meet customer needs. Daily activities include prospecting, in-person visits, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales. The Salesperson will also update the CRM system and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and local events or trade shows as needed.
Qualifications- Strong communication, active listening skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and confidently.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and productivity software for tracking projects.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, interior design, architecture, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
