Clifton Larson Allen (CLA) Search has been retained by a client in the Industrial Manufacturing sector to identify a OEM Sales Manager to serve their team. They are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to establish and manage the organization’s new sales office in Dallas. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands‑on sales activities. The successful candidate will drive business development, secure new projects, and build strong relationships with OEM customers in the off‑highway sector.
What You’ll Do:- Set up and lead the Client’s Dallas sales office, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Actively engage in direct sales and business development for insulation products (for off‑highway machinery and commercial vehicles) and exhaust aftertreatment systems (for off‑highway machinery).
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities with OEMs and other key stakeholders in the off‑highway sector.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team in Finland and report directly to Vice President and President & CEO
- Prepare the groundwork for future manufacturing operations in Dallas, including insulation components and later emission control and battery products.
- Represent the client at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across the USA.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the OEM off‑highway machinery sector or OEM commercial vehicle sector.
- Experience with aftertreatment systems, thermal insulation products, or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong network within the off‑highway OEM industry in North America.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the USA.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas metroplex area.
