Summary

The Optical Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations while building lasting client relationships. This role drives sales performance by leveraging in-depth product and brand knowledge and supports a seamless omnichannel customer experience. The associate also assists with minor adjustments and helps maintain a high-standard store environment.

• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service to all clients on the sales floor and through follow-up communication.
• Maintain current product and brand knowledge; attend training sessions as required.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and support point-of-sale transactions.
• Ensure the store and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless experience between online and in-store services.
• Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system and prior luxury sales or eyewear industry experience preferred.
