ResponsibilitiesOwns and aggressively expands high-value strategic accounts, driving sustained revenue growth and market share gains. Accountable for both defending existing business and unlocking significant organic growth through proactive opportunity identification, white space mapping, and executive-level engagement.
Build and deepens relationships with senior decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders, positioning the company as a critical long-term partner. Anticipates customer needs, influences demand, and drives alignment on forward-looking capacity, product roadmap, and supply strategy.
Develops and leads account strategies that translate into measurable growth, coordinating cross-functional execution across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance. Pushes internal alignment to meet aggressive customer timelines and performance expectations.
Leads complex, high-impact negotiations, including pricing, supply commitments, and long-term agreements, with full ownership of commercial outcomes. Drives disciplined pipeline management and ensures rapid conversion of opportunities into revenue.
Delivers actionable market intelligence, forecasting, and strategic input to shape business planning, investment decisions, and capacity allocation.
Key AccountabilitiesNEW SALES GROWTH
:
Customer strategy and demand creation ownership. Identifies attractive growth opportunities and supports with detailed analytics around opportunity attractiveness, ease of execution and strategic fit. Manages Opportunity Pipeline and maintains detailed information on projects, quotes, samples and other sales related information. Responsible for customer sales at targeted market price to meet business plan goals for sales, inventory and profit margin.
MAINTAIN EXISTING BUSINESS
:
Maintains and expands current business through effective support, service, account management and sales promotion. Responsible for CRM Reporting, Account profile, Project management, Contact management, credit/payment terms and inventory management.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT COORDINATION
:
Works with internal Product Management team on development projects and future product roadmap creation, through the input of the customer and market needs and requirements.
COMMUNICATION
:
Develops & maintains strong relationships with multi-channel sales contacts. Supervises and supports all sales related activities for assigned accounts. Liaison between Panasonic and Factories to provide price and delivery information to representatives and customers. Tracks and documents key activities through weekly company reports. Coordinates customer activities with global sales team members.
PLANNING/FORECASTING: Analyzes the Data Center marketplace related to assigned products, OEM’s, competitors, and customer buying behaviors to help develop strategies for growth. Translates customer forecasts into shipment and factory production requests to supply chain team and reports back to customer. Assists in developing annual and long-range strategic business plans as it pertains to assigned major accounts.
MARKET ANALYSIS: Research market to assess new trends in the ESS Market.

- Is an individual contributor.
- Revenue will vary depending on accounts assigned. Sales revenue targets will be decided per annual business plan goals and objectives.
- Achieves objectives working through multiple levels of support functions

- Maintain expenditures and inventories within set limits, as well as responsibility for budgets as authorized.
