You’ll thrive here if you- Have a strong network of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and tech leaders who trust your recommendations
- Love opening doors: you're energized by building new relationships and deepening existing ones
- Run on your own fuel: you create structure where there isn't one and see that as the opportunity
- Come from B2B tech services or tech staffing and understand how engineering teams think
- Want your income to reflect your output, with real upside when you perform
- Have a technical background or genuine curiosity about how software gets built
