Position Overview
Relationship Manager II within PNC's Healthcare Banking organization, based in Dallas, TX.
Job Description- Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
- Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Provide ideas and insights based on understanding of client needs and financial well‐being.
- Increase client engagement and loyalty through proactive service.
- Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients or expand existing ones.
- Present the full range of PNC products and services to clients.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Identify and implement client solutions and collaborate with internal business partners as appropriate.
- Execute on contact management strategy using available tools and resources.
- Regularly meet with internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management.
- University or college degree (or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience).
- Five or more years of industry‑relevant experience.

- Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities

- Knowledge of Customers, Selling, Understanding Customer Needs
- No mandatory certifications, but relevant licensing may be required.
