Relationship Manager II - Healthcare Banking

Position Overview

Relationship Manager II within PNC's Healthcare Banking organization, based in Dallas, TX.

• Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Provide ideas and insights based on understanding of client needs and financial well‐being.
• Increase client engagement and loyalty through proactive service.
• Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients or expand existing ones.
• Present the full range of PNC products and services to clients.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Identify and implement client solutions and collaborate with internal business partners as appropriate.
• Execute on contact management strategy using available tools and resources.
• Regularly meet with internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management.

• University or college degree (or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience).
• Five or more years of industry‑relevant experience.

• No mandatory certifications, but relevant licensing may be required.
