In this role, you will play a key part in the sales organization by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through outbound prospecting while collaborating closely with the Account Executive team. AboutYou
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or have recently completed a sales bootcamp or relevant degree.
- You are comfortable engaging prospective customers through phone calls, emails, Linked In, and other outreach channels.
- You enjoy building relationships and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- You are naturally curious, coachable, and eager to continuously improve your sales skills.
- You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- You have an interest in technology and enjoy learning about SaaS products and business solutions.
- You will identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and other outreach methods.
- You will qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate sales-qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- You will educate prospective customers on the value of the platform and how it addresses their business challenges.
- You will schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- You will maintain accurate customer information, activity tracking, and pipeline updates within the CRM.
- You will respond promptly to inbound inquiries and referrals.
- You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to improve outreach effectiveness.
- You will consistently achieve monthly activity and pipeline generation goals.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology products and effectively communicate their value.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly motivated with a desire to build a long-term career in SaaS sales.
