Client Manager Associate, Premier
A client‑focused individual who will serve as the primary contact for relationships in the 2‑99 life segment, responsible for client retention, growth, profitability, satisfaction, and the overall client experience.
Responsibilities- Assume overall responsibility for managing clients (2‑99 lives) to achieve client satisfaction, persistency, growth, and profitability goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and brokers/consultants.
- Work closely with the sales team on account management strategies and positions.
- Strategically manage the client lifecycle to deliver appropriate solutions that meet benefit needs.
- Balance the needs of the client with those of the business.
- Achieve yearly financial growth goals.
- BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in account management or sales.
- Group insurance experience a plus.
- Strong customer service acumen.
- Demonstrated success working with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients.
- Ability to analyze data to influence renewal decisions and deploy suitable solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to communicate and build rapport effectively in virtual and live environments.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Depth of experience with industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, dental products, absence management, online enrollment, experience rating, and dental network analysis.
- Consultative selling, negotiation, and persuasive influence skills.
- Virtual communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Team player able to collaborate across internal teams and interact at all organizational levels.
- Strategic, critical thinking, and basic math skills.
- Openness to change and new ways of working, especially in executing strategies to maximize the broker base.
- Sound judgment, conflict resolution ability, confidence, optimism, and a positive attitude.
- Advanced organizational and time‑management skills.
Must achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain the license through ongoing Continuing Education requirements.
Location & TravelDallas/Fort Worth or Houston, TX. Up to 25% travel within the U.S.
CompensationSalary range: $45,570.00 – $74,865.00. Compensation may also include annual, sales, or other incentive components.
