This is a full‑time remote role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key accounts. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and executing business plans, and analyzing sales data to recommend strategies for growth. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Analytical skills and business planning experience
• Proven track record in account management and customer service
• Experience managing key accounts and developing long‑term relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Being bilingual is a plus (Spanish, English)
• Experience in the Mass Market floral industry is a must
