We’re looking for a highly driven, commission-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team by the end of Q1. This role is designed for a self-starter with a hunter mentality—someone who can build and execute a cold outbound motion and take ownership of lead generation and qualification. If you thrive on creating opportunities, driving revenue, and learning the content marketing side, this is for you.

This role offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with an OTE of $80,000–$85,000, heavily commission-based. The best talent is the best talent—so whether you’re local or remote, we want to hear from you.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Own the Outreach platform—we already have an inbound BDR handling 100+ weekly leads, so this role focuses on cold outbound efforts (Linked In, cold calling, email, etc.).
  • Develop high-quality outbound strategies that generate 5-10 qualified SaaS-based leads per week.
  • Build relationships with potential clients by actively listening, identifying pain points, and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging, content, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Accurately document all interactions, activities, and progress in Hub Spot CRM to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Stay informed about market trends, ideal client profiles, and evolving customer needs.
