Immunology Therapeutic Specialist; Hs - Dallas E, Tx

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to achieve sales goals and support a successful product launch.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic centers, and large dermatology practices.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical discussions on disease state, treatment guidelines, efficacy, safety, and patient management.
• Navigate complex access and reimbursement environments; collaborate with Market Access and Patient Services to help patients start and stay on therapy.
• Provide field insights and partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access to drive business success.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic biologics or oral JAK therapies with a track record of strong sales results.
• Cross-functional experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Strong clinical selling skills; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Ability to travel within territory; must reside in assigned geography; valid driver’s license required.

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Dermatology and/or immunology sales experience, including HS or other rare/under‑served patient populations.
• Product launch experience and demonstrated record of exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with institutional systems, academic centers, and large dermatology groups with direct selling.
