- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, and Specialty insurance policies
- Follow up consistently and maintain an active pipeline
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first conversation to policy issue
- Track activity, goals, and sales performance
- Stay current on agency products, systems, and processes
- Contribute to a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment
- Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, text, and email
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and follow-through
- Able to work in-office Monday-Friday in Dallas
- Willing to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty License within 30 days of hire
- Comfortable working toward activity and sales goals
A Texas Property & Casualty License is required for this role.
If hired, you must be willing to complete the licensing process within the required timeframe. We will provide guidance and support, but success in this role requires someone who is committed to following through and taking action.
