We're looking for a confident, persuasive leader who is ready to CHANGE LIVES with an emphasis on sales, member engagement and studio operations! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why Diva Dance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best!
You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience! Additionally, you will be supporting the studio operations.
The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values‑driven, obsessed with excellence and you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are a leader that is persuasive, articulate, confident and communicates exceptionally. Dance Client Exp
We are looking for you to host 2 - 3 classes per week - mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. Diva Dance brings our classes into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our studio in SOUTHWEST DALLAS (75208) and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes!
Compensation is $20 per class + free dance classes! It's ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.
