Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role based in Dallas, TX. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and build strong, long‑term relationships with customers in need of cybersecurity solutions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, delivering product and platform demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets.

The role also involves collaborating closely with technical and account teams to ensure successful onboarding, maintaining accurate CRM records, and staying current on cybersecurity trends and Crush Security’s offerings. The Sales Executive will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas while representing Crush Security’s value proposition clearly and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong abilities in prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling, including conducting discovery sessions and solution‑focused conversations.
  • Experience with sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development tailored to customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and basic sales analytics to maintain accurate records and forecast performance.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT solutions sales, or the ability and willingness to quickly learn security concepts and industry terminology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and adaptability to evolving products, services, and customer needs.
