General DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of National Accounts to lead the growth and management of Automotive WD partnerships across the country. This critical role involves expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives. Operating with limited supervision, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals, uphold our commitment to safety and quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
YouWill
- Lead and develop a team of three (3) National Account Representatives.
- Serve in a player-coach capacity, maintaining direct ownership of Automotive WD National Partnerships while coaching and developing the team.
- Work closely with various CBS teams to align on and meet customer needs and expectations.
- Accurately report and forecast sales pipeline and performance through CRM.
- Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to boost sales and improve processes.
- Develop tools and initiatives to improve the customer experience within the national accounts segment.

Qualifications- 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies in the automotive and battery spaces respectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of setting and achieving goals independently and with the team.
- Experience using CRM software is required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with experience presenting to executive teams.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Business casual attire with company logo wear preferred.
- Clean, well-maintained, and professional appearance required.
- Safety footwear with non-slip soles and safety toe protection.
- Adherence to safety and grooming standards, including modest jewelry, covered tattoos.
