Overview
Team Nexa Insurance Solutions is expanding its Health & Medicare Division and is seeking licensed insurance agents who want to build a stable, long‑term book of business. The role involves selling Medicare Supplements (Medigap), Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and health supplemental products such as cancer and critical illness coverage.
What You’ll Be Selling- Medicare Supplements (Medigap)
- Medicare Advantage
- Prescription Drug Plans (PDP)
- Health supplemental products, including cancer and critical illness coverage
Our agents are supported by:
- A limited carrier strategy that reduces overwhelm and simplifies decisions
- A dedicated Health & Medicare support desk for quoting, underwriting, and applications
- A clear sales process and decision tree that eliminates guessing
- Optional cross‑sell or full producer tracks
- An independent agent model with professional‑level support
Licensed Life & Health insurance agents who:
- Currently sell Life and want to expand into Medicare or health supplements
- Already sell Medicare and want better structure and support
- Seek to build a renewable, long‑term book of business
- High‑level, carrier‑agnostic training
- No requirement to affiliate with an outside agency or carrier
- Ongoing coaching and weekly support
- Systems designed for simplicity and scalability
- Captive
- “Learn 10 carriers and figure it out”
- High‑pressure or forced production
- Medicare Advantage‑focused at launch
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
- Professional communication skills
- Willingness to follow a proven process
