SALES MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand market share in the auto body parts aftermarket industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including body shops, dealerships, fleet services, and wholesalers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management.
- Develop and implement sales plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to enhance business growth.
- Ensure a superior customer service experience through professional interactions and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Train and mentor sales associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of auto body parts, pricing structures, and industry regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
SALES MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED required;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the auto body parts aftermarket industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and develop action plans accordingly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and sales management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Knowledge of auto body parts, aftermarket distribution, and the automotive industry is a plus.
SALES MANAGER PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Occasionally required to stand and walk.
- Continually required to sit.
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Continually required to talk or hear.
- Continually utilize visual acuity to use a computer.
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.

Monday-Friday 8 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday 8 AM-4 PM - Requires working some Saturdays.
