• Generate new business opportunities within the industrial construction market
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and key decision makers
• Develop sales strategies that support sustainable revenue growth
• Work with estimating and operations teams to progress opportunities through the bidding process
• Track sales activity, market trends, and business development performance using CRM systems

• 5–10 years of experience within structural steel erection or industrial construction
• Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of project specifications, contracts, and commercial risk
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a consultative approach
