Job Title: Enterprise Software & AI Solutions Producer

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Software & AI Solutions Producer to drive new business development and strategic client growth across custom software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration services. This consultative sales role requires a hunter mentality, executive-level relationship building, and the ability to convert complex opportunities into long-term recurring revenue partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and solution-driven sales
  • Sell enterprise solutions: custom software, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI integration, and digital transformation services
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline; maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify client pain points and technology modernization opportunities
  • Develop executive-level relationships across IT, operations, finance, and leadership teams
  • Negotiate contracts and manage opportunities from prospecting through close
  • Convert one-time projects into long-term recurring revenue partnerships
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless implementation and client satisfaction
  • Support territory expansion and long-term growth initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B technology sales, enterprise software sales, or consultative IT services sales
  • Proven track record selling custom software, cloud solutions, SaaS, AI solutions, or digital transformation services
  • Experience building and managing a book of business through outbound prospecting
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills

    Familiarity with complex, solution-based sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience supporting territory expansion or scaling a technology organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term leadership growth opportunities
