About The Role
The Account Executive drives revenue growth by managing the complete sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution. Operating within a high-velocity B2B SaaS environment, this role focuses on identifying operational friction in target organizations and presenting custom technology solutions that align with business‑critical outcomes. This position partners closely with sales engineering, product, and customer success teams to secure new business and expand market share.
The ideal candidate brings a structured, consultative approach to sales and excels at building consensus among multiple stakeholders within mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery call and product demonstration through proposal, contract negotiation, and close
- Engage and qualify outbound prospects and inbound leads to build a consistent and predictable pipeline of high‑value opportunities
- Deliver deeply technical, customized product demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI to both technical buyers and executive decision‑makers
- Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking all customer interactions, deal stages, and key qualification criteria using MEDDPICC or similar methodologies
- Collaborate with solution engineers to navigate technical evaluations, security reviews, and proof‑of‑concept stages
- Negotiate commercial terms, redlines, and service level agreements with procurement and legal departments to secure multi‑year agreements
- 3‑6 years of quota‑carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling complex software solutions to mid‑market or enterprise organizations with sales cycles ranging from 30 to 90 days
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Zoom Info
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate security reviews and procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, communications, or a technical field
- Bonus:
Prior experience selling developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or data management solutions; formal training in MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler Selling.
