We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our team in a hybrid role focused on selling new industrial generators. This position involves both in-office collaboration and field-based sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of power generation equipment and a proven ability to build relationships with industrial clients.

• Develop and manage new business opportunities in the industrial generator market
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored power generation solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, project management) to ensure successful project execution
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product developments
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Prior experience in industrial equipment or power generation sales preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand generator applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
  Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required

• Base Salary: $70,000 + Commission
• Average Total Compensation: $120,000/year
• Vehicle allowance
• Company‑provided cell phone and laptop
• Hybrid role: combination of in‑office and fieldwork
