  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the on-property sales team to achieve individual and hotel revenue goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent while creating an engaging and high-performing team environment.
Business Development
  • Grow and maintain relationships with key corporate, group, association, and local accounts to maximize room, catering, and food & beverage revenues.
  • Develop and execute strategic quarterly and annual sales plans for both hotels.
  • Prospect new business through outside sales calls, networking events, sales blitzes, community involvement, and industry organizations.
  • Conduct property tours and client presentations that showcase the unique experiences of both the AC Hotel and Moxy brands.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business while maximizing profitability.
  • Partner with Regional Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to develop forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, production reports, and competitive activity to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Community Engagement
  • Serve as an ambassador for both hotels by building strong relationships throughout the Dallas business and hospitality community.
  • Represent the hotels at networking functions, trade shows, community events, and industry meetings.
  • Champion Marriott and Peachtree Hospitality brands while creating meaningful partnerships that generate long-term business.
Operational Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences from booking through departure.
  • Partner with operational departments to deliver on sales commitments and exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure brand standards and company policies are consistently upheld.
