Dallas, TX | Full‑time, field‑based | Base salary $50,000 + uncapped commission

We are looking for high‑potential early‑career talent to launch a career in business‑to‑business fuel solutions sales. In this role you will build relationships, grow a portfolio of approximately 50 active accounts, and close new business while learning from experienced sales leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Start with a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts.
  • Grow existing relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business.
  • Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver value‑based solutions to commercial customers.
  • Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong desire to build a long‑term career in sales.
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated to win.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and resilience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Willingness to be in the field and learn through hands‑on experience.
  • Coachable with a true hunter mentality.
