Job Title: Sales Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
About the RoleWe're looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow Endur Energy's presence in the Texas market and beyond, generating new business and managing the full sales cycle for our battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Responsibilities- Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, in-person meetings, webinars, product trainings, and trade shows
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers within assigned account territories/regions
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits to build and strengthen relationships
- Lead negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Own long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and expansion business
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally — relay market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to product and leadership teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer records in the company CRM
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a track record of independently developing new accounts, managing existing customers, and closing deals against quota
- 3–6 years of experience in the renewable energy or energy storage industry
- Results-oriented with strong strategic thinking and account-planning skills
- Customer-first mindset with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new technology quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Hub Spot)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to travel regularly for customer visits and industry events
- Valid driver's license
