Inside Sales Representative

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast‑paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key customer contact and resource for our clients in Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX.

• Build key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.
• Receive, place, and fill customer orders.
• Provide and recommend solutions to customers.
• Place and receive purchase orders.
• Quote and process invoices.
• Perform data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.

• Proven success in a sales‑focused customer environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic and a "can‑do" attitude.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• 1–2+ years of sales experience required.
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Rental Man (Wynne Software) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
