Position: Commercial Account Executive (Dallas–Fort Worth)

Travel: Local travel across the DFW area (company-covered)

  • Base salary of approximately $50,000 per year
  • Vehicle and phone allowance
  • Commission on new accounts
  • Additional residual commission for retained accounts
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–100,000+ with uncapped earning potential
About the Role

Our client is an innovative company transforming the commercial exterior maintenance industry through modern technology and safer, more efficient service solutions.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to drive business development across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring new commercial clients and securing recurring service contracts. Once a contract is signed, project delivery is handled by the operations team, allowing you to focus entirely on building relationships and growing new business.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys prospecting, developing new business opportunities, and closing long‑term commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Building Owners, HOAs, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales consultations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Expand your professional network through industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth client handoff after contract execution.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience selling commercial services.
  • Proven experience generating new business through prospecting and outbound sales.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Background

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Commercial cleaning services
  • Facility management services
  • Building services
  • Insurance restoration
  • Route‑based commercial services
  • Other recurring B2B service industries
It is also a strong advantage if you have:
  • Existing relationships with Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Building Owners, or commercial real estate professionals in the DFW market.
  • Active participation in industry organizations such as BOMA, IFMA, IREM, Apartment Associations, or CAI.
  • Experience selling innovative or technology‑driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of the commercial property management industry.
