Overview
A&D Sales Manager – Dallas, TX. Field-based territory manager for luxury residential building products. In this role, you will represent the brand with excellence, grow awareness, and drive specification of products in high-end residential projects throughout Texas.
Responsibilities- Business Development & Relationship Management
:
Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and design influencers across the Southeast territory; promote the brand through in‑person and virtual presentations, CEUs, lunch‑and‑learns, showroom events, and networking opportunities; educate the A&D community on product lines, functionality, and value to secure specification in residential and multi‑unit projects; build strong, long‑term relationships with high‑impact design firms. - Collaboration & Events
:
Work closely with local dealers and showroom teams to plan and execute CEU events and brand showcases; support onboarding of new design firms and maintain consistent follow‑ups to drive loyalty and engagement; represent the company at local and national design markets, trade shows, and industry events. - Market Insight & Reporting
:
Monitor design trends, project activity, and competitive activity in the territory to uncover new opportunities; provide regular reports on A&D activity, project pipelines, and specification wins/losses to leadership; serve as a trusted resource for designers, fostering confidence in product selection and specification.
- 2+ years of A&D sales, business development, or product specification experience in the luxury design or building products sector.
- Established relationships within the Texas A&D community (strongly preferred).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both in‑person and virtual.
- Ability to influence, educate, and build trust with high‑end design professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, relationship-driven sales cycles.
- Self‑motivated, highly professional, and aligned with a luxury design culture.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and PowerPoint; experience with Hub Spot a plus.
- Spanish language proficiency a plus.
- College degree preferred.
