Role Overview

This is a rare opportunity to build—not just manage—a sales organization. You'll lead a strong, established team while optimizing the systems, processes, and strategy needed to support the company's next phase of growth. Partnering closely with Engineering and Executive Leadership, you'll help scale the commercial organization and drive long-term business success.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales operations, sales management, or revenue leadership experience
  • Leadership experience within manufacturing, electrical distribution, critical infrastructure, industrial, or similar technical markets
  • Proven track record building and scaling high-performing sales organizations
  • Proven success transforming sales organizations through operational excellence, including process design, CRM adoption, forecasting, KPI management, and performance metrics
  • Collaborative leader who can align Sales, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to drive business growth
