Our client, a rapidly growing luxury mobility and white-glove hospitality organization, is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive strategic growth throughout Southern California, Texas, the New York / New Jersey market, and South Florida
.
This is an enterprise business development role focused on acquiring and expanding relationships within the insurance claims, collision repair, and replacement transportation ecosystem.
The successful candidate will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and secure strategic partnerships with insurance carriers, claims organizations, collision repair groups, MSOs, dealership groups, and other enterprise-level referral partners. Success in this role requires the ability to penetrate large organizations, navigate complex decision-making structures, and win business in highly competitive markets.

What Success Looks LikeYou will leverage existing industry relationships, secure new enterprise partnerships, expand strategic accounts, and build a portfolio of business that drives measurable territory growth. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a history of winning business from large organizations and creating long-term strategic partnerships at the regional or national level.
Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a territory by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing strategic relationships. Build partnerships with insurance carriers, claims organizations, collision repair groups, MSOs, and other referral partners that influence transportation decisions during the vehicle repair process.
Develop relationships at both the local and corporate level, create account growth strategies, manage a portfolio of business, and drive measurable revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience5+ years of enterprise business development, strategic account management, national account management, or territory management experience.
Currently working within the insurance claims, collision repair, replacement transportation, claims technology, or related ecosystem.
Proven success selling into insurance carriers, claims organizations, MSOs, collision repair groups, dealership groups, or enterprise service organizations.
Existing industry relationships that can be leveraged immediately.
Demonstrated success breaking into large organizations, winning new business, and expanding strategic accounts.
Experience managing large, multi-location, regional, or national accounts.
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating measurable revenue growth.
Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Ability to clearly articulate how you developed business, secured strategic partnerships, and achieved results.
