Staffing Services Vendor

Harmony Plus LLC is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Staffing Services Salesperson. This role is key to expanding our operations and strengthening relationships with companies that need effective human talent solutions.

Location:

Dallas, TX;
Hybrid - Full-time;
Compensation: $60k - $100k

• Identify and contact potential companies that require recruitment, selection, and/or payroll services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and personalized attention.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close commercial agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Coordinate with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking activities.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in staffing services, human resources, outsourcing, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation, persuasion, and customer-focused skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and different industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and focus on results.
• Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office or CRM tools.
