What you ll be doing- Cold outreach in your assigned Dallas-Fort Worth territory — 60–80 dials plus 15–20 in-person drop-ins per day
- Schedule and run in-person product demos at SMB and mid-market offices
- Install trial units and follow through the 30-day trial-to-paid conversion window
- Manage renewal and upsell on the existing book once you build one
- Month 1:
Training complete, $500 ramp stipend cleared, first trial installed. - Month 3: 4–6 trials/week, 85% conversion. ~$8K–$10K monthly commission.
- Year 1: $100K+ annualized; top reps clear $175K and have a real renewal book underneath.
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales — equipment, telecom, payments, business services translate well
- Door-to-door comfort for SMB business cold drop-ins
- Dallas-Fort Worth local with reliable transportation
- Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish (not required, but our DFW territory rewards it)
