Launch your career in Energy Sales with Reliant! 2020 Companies seeks an enthusiastic, results‑driven Energy Sales Specialist to represent and promote Reliant Energy services role involves engaging with customers, driving new enrollments, and helping clients find the right energy solutions while thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Earn $1,000–$1,350 per week on average with a base pay plus uncapped commission. Commission‑based pay includes a $16.00/hr guarantee. Next‑day pay available via Daily Pay.

Key Responsibilities- Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers.
- Help customers lower energy costs in your community.
- Identify customer needs and handle objections.
- Build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
- Work together to hit sales goals and celebrate wins.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Direct customers to displays, assess needs and suggest suitable products.
- Advise customers by providing product and service information.
- Help customers make selections by building confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
- Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized and presentable at all times.
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- Adhere to performance measurements: regular and prompt attendance, monthly/weekly sales quotas, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong experience in retail or event sales, or event marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup, and teardown of events.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
