Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships throughout the commercial market. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, promoting HVAC service and equipment solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, building services, facility management, or technical sales and is passionate about building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, contractors, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for HVAC service agreements, retrofit projects, equipment replacements, and energy‑saving solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
  • Meet with customers to evaluate facility needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, presentations, and service agreements.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through project completion.
  • Conduct site visits and facility assessments.
  • Maintain regular customer contact and provide ongoing account support.
Market Growth
  • Expand market share by developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and customer meetings.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with service managers, project managers, estimators, and operations teams.
  • Assist with project turnover and ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.
Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, mechanical sales, service sales, facility services, or related industries.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
