The Wedding Sales & Service Manager is a passionate sales and hospitality professional responsible for driving the growth and success of Fairmont Dallas' wedding and social celebrations business. This role combines strategic business development, luxury event sales, and exceptional client service to generate new revenue opportunities while creating unforgettable experiences for couples and their guests.

Be the ambassador for the hotel's wedding brand, the Wedding Sales & Service Manager cultivates relationships with wedding planners, industry partners, influencers, and community stakeholders to position Fairmont Dallas as one of the premier wedding destinations in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. From the initial inquiry through event execution, this leader delivers personalized, seamless, and elevated service that reflects the Fairmont luxury experience.

The ideal candidate possesses an established network within the Dallas luxury wedding market and maintains strong relationships with leading wedding planners, designers, florists, photographers, entertainment providers, and other key industry partners. Leveraging these connections, the Wedding Sales & Service Manager proactively identifies new business opportunities, expands referral partnerships, and elevates Fairmont Dallas' visibility within the luxury wedding community.

This individual has a proven track record of generating new wedding business, increasing revenue, and growing market share within highly competitive hospitality environments. Through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, creative programming, and exceptional service delivery, they successfully attract high-value clientele and create experiences that inspire repeat business and referrals. Working in close partnership with Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Marketing, Culinary, and Hotel Operations teams, the Wedding Sales & Service Manager is instrumental in developing and executing strategies that increase market share, strengthen brand reputation, and drive profitability.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the hotel's long-term vision of becoming the market leader in luxury weddings and social celebrations, helping shape the future of the Fairmont Dallas wedding experience leading into and beyond the property's planned 2029 transformation.

As Fairmont Dallas embarks on its renovation and repositioning journey, the Wedding Sales & Service Manager will serve as a key brand advocate, helping to strategically position the hotel as one of Dallas' premier luxury wedding destinations. Through innovation, influential industry partnerships, exceptional client engagement, and a commitment to excellence, this leader will create memorable celebrations, exceed guest expectations, and establish Fairmont Dallas as the venue of choice for luxury weddings and social events in North Texas.

Key Responsibilities Wedding Sales & Business Development
  • Proactively solicit and secure wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and related social events.
  • Develop annual business plans and sales initiatives to grow wedding revenue and increase market share.
  • Build relationships with wedding planners, event designers, photographers, florists, entertainment partners, and other luxury wedding professionals.
  • Represent Fairmont Dallas at bridal shows, networking events, industry functions, and community partnerships to increase visibility and generate new business.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve established revenue and conversion goals.
Client Experience & Service Excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding clients throughout the planning process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
