Position:
Surgical Onsite Specialist – Lung Health (SOS)
Location:
Greater Dallas, TX area (multistate territory). Must reside within territory and be able to travel up to 75% of the time. A valid driver's license is required.
- Customer Support:
Provide real‑time procedural assistance, offer technical expertise, troubleshoot product usage, and act as a trusted resource for physicians and surgical teams. - Customer Engagement & Communication:
Serve as primary point of contact during procedures, ensure clear communication between customers and colleagues, and report concerns and opportunities to the Procedure Development Executive. - Training &
Education:
Lead in‑service training sessions, support resident labs, Med Ed courses, regional peer education, and continuing education programs. - Sales & Implementation Support:
Assist PDE and Clinical Specialists with product trials, implementations, conversion initiatives, and provide on‑site support for procedure proficiency. - Inventory Management:
Track and maintain availability of surgical products and ensure inventory levels meet customer and operational needs. - Success Metrics:
Achieve/exceed sales objectives, secure base business, expand new accounts, and generate and track leads in Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Field‑based role with approximately 75% travel.
- 1+ years of B2B or medical device sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant clinical or hospital experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Result‑oriented drive and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight and weekends.

Benefits & CompensationSalary: $70,000.00 – $70,000.00 (U.S. exclusive of PR). Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan.
