National Account Manager

Compensation

Base Salary
: $19.23–$38.46 per hour (or $40,000–$80,000 per year).
Tenured Base Salary
: $19.23–$48.07 per hour (or $40,000–$100,000 per year) based on tenure and performance.

Commission
: 50%–150% of one month’s MRCs, 1/12 of one-time NRCs, and 1/24 of Burst.

• Identify new business opportunities within a prescribed Regional Sales Territory through sourcing and hunting.
• Generate opportunities within the National Sales Territory focused on the Mid Market and non-named National Account segments (up to 500–999 employees).
• Use direct calling, email, and other contact efforts to qualify and generate new business with key decision makers.
• Complement prospecting and selling through field work such as building walks, lobby events, property management relationships, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Leverage consultative and relationship‑building selling techniques to present current and future connectivity solutions.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals by selling into large commercial and retail buildings, office parks, and professional campuses.

• Previous sales experience with a track record of success (recent experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business through extensive prospecting and research.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment with revenue deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a CRM system is a plus.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.

This is an in‑office position five days a week to support success, providing focused mentorship, training, and personal coaching.
